How to Plan a Whole Week of Content in Just One Hour
Do you ever feel like content planning takes forever?
It makes total sense. When you’re creating posts one at a time, second-guessing every caption, and scrambling every other day… of course it feels overwhelming. 😮💨
The good news? You don’t have to work that way. With a simple process, you can map out a full week of content in about an hour — without the stress or decision fatigue.
Here’s how I do it:
1️⃣ Pick Your Topics:Choose 3–4 themes you actually enjoy creating content around and that your audience finds valuable.
Example: tips, behind-the-scenes moments, client wins, relatable stories.
This gives you a starting point every time, so you’re not staring at a blank screen.
2️⃣ Write Your Captions in One Go
Set aside a block of time to write them all at once. Keep it simple — talk like a human, not a brand robot.
Think: “What would I say if a friend asked me this?”
This makes your posts more relatable and faster to write.
3️⃣ Schedule Everything
Once it’s written, get it out of your head and into a calendar — whether that’s a social media scheduling tool, your phone’s Notes app, or even an old-school pen and paper.
When your content is scheduled, you can stop thinking about it every day and focus on running your business.
Simple. Clear. Out of your head and into the world. 🎉
Social media doesn’t have to feel like a chore.
I help businesses create content that feels easy, aligned, and actually connects with their audience.
